I can't decide! I have all of the white quilted Euro shams and coverlet etc., but can't decide if I want the red paisley or something more subtle and formal. If you don't already know this, I love red - it is kind of the "neutral carry-through" in my house. Opinions anyone? I have to choose quickly!

I actually really do care about New Hampshire, but I have kind of decided to not talk politics on the 'ol blog. (We'll see how long I can stick to that!)
I'm not a good one to ask currently because I want to get rid of my red comforter (not as pretty as this one). I LOVE that they've put the red in a stark-white room, though. If your room is nice and airy like that, I'd go for it.

I do like the red, but I'm afraid it will keep you up at night. I love the more neutral one, but maybe that is just me taste. The trick with red is, will it match any other red you already have? Whereas, I think you could easily put red accent pillows on the nuetral one.
ReplyDeleteI love BOTH, but gold is more my "neutral," so I'd get the gold one. I think if red is your neutral, you should get the red one.

ReplyDeleteTo make an informed decision, I would need to know the colors in your room now...paint, curtains, woodwork, etc. I love the red and I personally think it can be made to look 'more formal'. The neutral one is nice too.
ReplyDeleteFound you from Tessie I think . . . We have red bedding, and it actually does keep me up at night. I would suggest a more restful bedding option.

ReplyDeleteI LOVE the red one too, but got seriously outbid. Some people on ebay are morons! Im working on finding another one, once I start a project, I become an obsessive, crazy freak.

I LOVE that red pattern. I also have red as the "neutral carry through" in my whole entire house. I can't seem to stop. I need to find some other coordinating colors......So, I vote red (I know it is too late).
ReplyDeleteHowever, I have had red in my bedroom for years now and am actually starting to get tired of it. I really want to start over with those new light blues that are everywhere (kind of greenish robin's egg combo?)
